Estero Beach RV Resort, Ensenada, BCJan. 31, 2009 Caravan at El Pabellon beach.Catavina....'Bunk-house' dinner. Matilda cooks up a mean authentic Mexican ranch hands dinner plate = Cheese & onion enchalada, beef taco, rice & beans. Muy delicioso.The Restaurant at Santa Inez Ranch, Catavina, BCS.Gotta get that photo!Santa Inez is a working ranch.To top off a fun day we all enjoyed the stories around the campfire.The best and most efficient whale watching is through the Malarrimo Eco Tours. They are very well organized and the boat captians know the best places to get 'up-close-and-personal' with the whales.Dustin got some great shots with his waterproof camera.Dolphins"Thar she blows!"One of the barges that carries the sea salt out to Cedros Island where it is loaded on to ships to be delivered around the world. The Mitsubishi Co. and the Mexican Government own / run the largest sea salt mining operation in the world.A great shot of our boat captain and an osprey landing on it's nest.
